Blueberry Crumble Cake

The good thing about this recipe that it’s easy to make and I can replace the blueberry with other berries/fruits, next time I will try with super sweet apples plus super sour raspberries with some shredded baked almonds scattered within!

Bahan 1:

  • 250 gram Gula
  • 375 gram Terigu
  • 250 gram Mentega
  • 1 butir Telur
  • 1 sdt Baking Powder
  • 1 sdt Air Lemon
Bahan 2:
  • 125 gram Gula
  • 4 sdm Cornstarch (Pati Jagung)
  • 2 sdm Air Lemon
  • Blueberry
Cara memasak:
  1. Panaskan oven tunggu hingga 190 derajat celcius
  2. Lumuri loyang dengan mentega dan terigu, lalu lapisi dasar loyang dengan baking paper
  3. Campur semua Bahan 1 aduk/campur dengan tangan atau garpu hingga rata, bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, letakkan dan ratakan bagian 1 di dasar loyang
  4. Campur semua Bahan 2 dan ratakan di atas adonan yang sudah di ratakan di dasar loyang
  5. Sebarkan sisa adonan bahan 1 diatas lapisan blueberry
  6. Masak dalam oven selama 45 menit atau hingga bagian atas berwarna kecoklatan
  7. Setelah matang, tunggu hingga cake mendingin sebelum disajikan
